Ashtanga Mysore program at Asia Standard Tower (Central), Starstreet Precinct (Wan Chai) and MOKO (Mong Kok); morning sessions from ~8:00am and evening sessions from 6:30pm, 2-2.5 hr windows; led Ashtanga classes also at apm, Lincoln House and World Trade Centre. Teachers include Nigel Marshall, Clayton Horton, Connie Yan.
